Background

Duque didn't begin life as a language coach for football's elite.

She started in Belgium as a sports lawyer, drafting up contracts and agreements.

But she wanted to get involved in football.

The brunette stunner got her Master’s degree in Sports Psychology and Mental Coaching at the Real Madrid Graduate School in Spain.

She then went to the US to get a Mental Game Coach Certification, before embarking on her first foray in the beautiful game.

A job at Porto allowed her to work in her first role as a language coach and practice her art.

She helped several foreign stars communicate better with their team-mates and coaches.

Now, she does it on her own.

But not everyone's happy

Despite helping many footballers settle into the English way of life, by improving their language skills, their Wags aren't best pleased.
