Jorge Masvidal brands Conor McGregor a 'rat b***h' over Twitter antics as he seeks blockbuster UFC clash with Notorious

JORGE MASVIDAL has ramped up his war of words with Conor McGregor by branding the UFC's poster boy a "rat b****".

The pair have been engaged in a tasty social media feud over the last few weeks, a spat which has seemingly laid the foundations for a blockbuster showdown.

Masvidal does, however, respect the UFC's poster boy – although it doesn't stretch outside the confines of the octagon.

During an appearance on The MMA Hour, Gamebred admitted: “You know, as a competitor, he ain’t bad.

"But as a person, I can’t stand this fucking rat b***h.

“It’s just like, I’ll give you an example: Khabib wins the belt, what does Conor do? Go and talk s**t about him.

"F*****g, somebody at 205 will go win a belt and he’ll go and talk s**t.

"He just wants to stay relevant.

"Obviously, I’m still a hot topic, while his b***h-ass is just f*****g on his couch or whatever the f**k he’s doing."

Masvidal, 37, would love to settle his feud with McGregor inside the cage but doesn't foresee the Irishman ever agreeing to fight him

The American Top Team standout said: "He’s not gonna fight. The UFC’s offered him this fight.

"As you and me both know, this could be the biggest fight in UFC history, why wouldn’t he want to cash in on that paycheck?

'Cause he knows I’m gonna beat the f**k out of him, and I’m not a wrestler, so if I beat him it, really looks bad for his brand."
