A difficult road lies ahead for the Foxes having suffered relegation, just seven years after the club's incredible Premier League title win.

Leicester will target an immediate return from the Championship, but are currently without a permanent boss while several first-team players are expected to depart.

Youri Tielemans and Caglar Soyuncu are among the players to leave King Power Stadium, alongside Daniel Amartey, Nampalys Mendy, Ryan Bertrand, Ayoze Perez and Tete.

There are also doubts over the futures of Harvey Barnes and James Maddison, who've been linked with West Ham, Tottenham and Newcastle in recent weeks.

Leicester's first decision will be whether or not to extend Dean Smith’s short-term deal.

Smith, 52, failed in his eight-week mission to save the Foxes from relegation, collecting just nine points across his eight matches.

He's available at 5/1 to continue his stay, but significantly trails Parker in the betting markets.

Parker, 42, is a free agent having been sacked by Club Brugge after just 12 matches in charge.

But his Championship credentials speak for themselves having guided both Fulham and Bournemouth to promotion.

Manchester City assistant Enzo Maresca is offered at 5/1 but he's also available at 2/1 to be appointed as Ange Postecoglou's successor at Celtic.

Graham Potter and Steven Gerrard are locked together at 6/1, ahead of highly-talented Ipswich boss Kieran McKenna at 17/2.
