Tom Brady's bar bill revealed after new Birmingham owner stunned fans by popping into local pubs and buying huge rounds | The Sun

TOM BRADY racked up an eye-watering bar bill during a surprise visit to a Birmingham pub.

The NFL legend recently became a minority owner in Birmingham City and stunned Blues fans by visiting a pub in Small Heath last weekend.

Brady, 46, attended the Royal George Hotel along with Blues chairman Tom Wagner and CFO Gary Cook.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner was mobbed by fans and took scores of selfies before treating them all to a drink.

Brady forked out £150 on the hefty round at the Garrison Lane boozer before leaving a whopping £400 tab behind the bar.

Brady's surprise visit stunned pub owner Antoin McGroarty, who told Birmingham Mail: "I had no idea they were coming, out of sheer coincidence I'd asked a photographer to come in for the day to take some shots.

"I was standing behind the bar and it was such a shock. I couldn't believe it.

"He's probably the biggest sports star in the world and to pop into our pub, in the middle of Small Heath, it was amazing.

"That game will go down in history because of them taking over the whole club.

"You could see the whole day was electric before and after the game, with the two Toms coming in and the results.
