Unemployed former Man Utd star linked with shock LaLiga transfer despite interest from Premier League clubs | The Sun

FORMER Manchester United star Axel Tuanzebe is in talks to join Real Betis, according to reports.

The defender has been a free agent since leaving United upon the expiration of his contract at the end of June.

Tuanzebe has attracted interest from Premier League and Championship clubs but now appears set to move abroad.

Real Betis are interested in signing the 25-year-old and have reportedly held talks over a move, report the Daily Mail.

That is a blow for Prem newcomers Luton after Tuanzebe trained with the club.

It is understood he had a trial period with the Hatters, who have conceded nine goals in three top flight games.
