CHELSEA have overtaken Manchester United in the battle to sign Napoli superstar Victor Osimhen, according to bookmakers Sky Bet.
The Blues were previously available at 9/1 but have shortened to 7/2 to clinch the Nigerian international's signature in the summer transfer window.

The Red Devils were frontrunners in the betting market at 3/1 but have drifted to 9/2 despite strong claims he's on United's shortlist of striking options.
Bayern Munich are priced at 8/1 to lure Osimhen to the Allianz Arena with the Bundesliga heavyweights still determined to find a long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski.
Newcastle and Real Madrid are locked together at 16/1 with Arsenal and Barcelona trailing further behind at 20s.
Manchester City are outsiders of the field at 25/1 with Erling Haaland expected to spearhead their attack at the Etihad for the foreseeable future.
Osimhen, 24, has attracted interest from several big clubs having flourished since arriving at Napoli from Lille in September 2020.

He's scored 53 goals and provided 14 assists in 92 appearances to lead Napoli to within touching distance of their first Serie A title since 1990.
The player has over two years remaining on his contract, which expires in June 2025 and Napoli value him at around £100million.
Osimhen recently discussed his desire to play Premier League football, and described it as the "best and the strongest" league in the world.
However, this week he dealt his suitors a blow by declaring: I am already at one of the biggest clubs.
He told TG5: "I'm at a great club and my career is growing constantly. I am already at one of the biggest clubs and I could not ask for more. Forza Napoli always!"
