Blood poured down his face onto his kit and the ex-Chelsea man was rushed into the treatment room after the final whistle.

The behind-the-scenes clip shows Rudiger walking to the dressing room with towels covering his face and trying to stop the bleeding.

The 29-year-old is then told to lie down on a massage table where a team of Real Madrid medics begin work.
