Watch brutal moment MMA fighter Aaron Pico's cornerman shoves fighter's shoulder back in after it popped out during bout | The Sun

MMA fighter Aaron Pico was forced to have his shoulder yanked back in during his bout with Jeremy Kennedy on Saturday night.

The American suffered only the fourth defeat of his career in California but only after he was forced to pull out of the fight through injury.

After grappling with his opponent in the opening round, it quickly became apparent that Pico had done something to his left arm.

Despite clearly being in a difficult situation, the 26-year-old showed courage to see out the round.

But after returning to his corner, his team attempted to shove his shoulder back into place.

And the fight was called off as a result, ending Pico's run of six wins on the bounce since losing to Adam Borics back in 2019.

Once the decision was made, Pico headed straight back to his training room before making his way to the hospital.

Bellator President Scott Coker said: "Aaron's shoulder popped back in – it's not broken.

"He's seeing a specialist Tuesday. He wants a rematch right away, and he's in good spirits.

"It is unfortunate, because I could see where Aaron was taking this fight, and once his shoulder popped out, it didn't really work out for him.
