TYSON FURY has hit the gym for a cardio session as he looks to burn the pounds ahead of his next fight.

The Gypsy King will be back in the ring on December 3 – and it appears his next opponent will be Derek Chisora.

Fury has been spoiling for a fight for weeks and remains determined to have his winter bout even after negotiations with Anthony Joshua's team fell apart.

The 34-year-old has now revealed to his Twitter followers that he is back in the gym and preparing for his next heavyweight contest.

Along with a boxing session in the morning, Fury took to the treadmill in a bid to lose some pounds.

He can be seen in the video wearing his sweat top as he looked to rapidly burn the calories.

"The GK is coming. Be aware!"

Fury had looked set to fight Joshua for weeks, and repeatedly took to social media to try and speed up negotiations.

But the teams could not reach an agreement amid claims and counter claims from the opposing camps.

Then it appeared Fury was set to fight Manuel Charr before the Brit turned his attention to completing his trilogy with Chisora.

But ultimately Fury will have his eyes on his eventual fight with Oleksandr Usyk next year, with the Ukrainian holding most of the belts in the heavyweight division.
