The last two semi-final spots in the men's draw are up for grabs today after Novak Djokovic and Cameron Norrie booked their place in the last four yesterday, both with five set wins.
Nadal will be looking to reach his eighth Wimbledon semi-final with a win against the number 11 seed Taylor Fritz.
Kyrgios will be hoping to reach his first ever Grand Slam semi-final as he takes on Cristian Garin of Chile.
Nadal is scheduled to be the second match on Centre Court today, while Kyrgios is second up on No. 1 Court.

Nadal started the tournament relatively slowly by his lofty standards, needing four sets to overcome both his first two opponents.
But the Spaniard has looked imperious in his last two games, beating Lorenzo Sonego and then Botic van de Zandschulp in straight sets to book his quarter-final spot.
The 36-year-old has already won the Australian Open and French Open this year, meaning should he win Wimbledon and then the US Open in September, Nadal will become the first man since Rod Laver to win all four Grand Slams in a calendar year since 1969.
His opponent today is the 24-year-old Taylor Fritz, who's the only player yet to drop a set all tournament.
The world number 14 overcame the Australian qualifer Jason Kubler 6-3 6-1 6-4 in round four.
The two have met twice before, each picking up one win apiece. The most recent meeting was won by Fritz at Indian Wells earlier this year.

Kyrgios has equalled his best run in a Grand Slam and is in a great position to reach the last four for the first time in his career.
For the second time this Championships, the Australian needed five sets to beat his opponent in the last round, Brandon Nakashima.
The 27-year-old world number 40 has already beaten two seeded players on his run to the quarter-finals, beating fourth seed Stefanos Tsitsipas in round three and 26th seed Filip Krajinovic in straight sets in round two.
Garin, Kyrgios' opponent today, came back from two sets down in round four to beat Alex de Minaur in a fifth set tie break and reach his first ever Grand Slam quarter-final.
The 26-year-old is ranked three places lower than his opponent today in the ATP rankings, and the two players have never played each other professionally before.
