A PLACE in the Sun viewers were left raging over guests that were "nitpicking" at Danni Menzie's options during a property search.
The Channel 4 show is back with new episodes – and, it appears, even more drama with the buyers and hosts.
In the latest instalment, Danni Menzies, 30 met with Martyn and Sharon who were on the hunt to find their dream two-bedroom property in, Algarve Portugal.
Sharon wanted a contemporary design with plenty of space for storage, while Martyn who is passionate about food, wanted plenty of room to hold barbecues' with friends and family.
But, with only £160,000 to work with, finding something that ticked all of their boxes proved difficult.
After looking at a few properties, they found the last one that was in their desired location of Vilamoura, only 15 minutes from the nearest beach.

They seemed to like it at first, but then Martyn said to Danni: "Great size. Location as regards to Quarteira, Vilamoura is superb.
"Access – great. But the negatives…really, elevation again. I picked it up on the property the other day and it just needs to be picked up a little bit more."
Danni questioned whether the pair would like to see the outdoor area where they could come to an agreement.
But Martyn hesitated before grudgingly saying: "Sure, let's have a look," as Sharon stared at him in disbelief.

It was obvious by his body language that Martyn wasn't impressed.
"The view and balcony haven't grabbed me," he stated flatly.
Viewers were also not fond of Martyn's reaction, as they took to Twitter to vent about him.
One wrote: "This bloke is a proper n**head isn't he?"
Another penned: "I'm getting really annoyed with this guy he's so rude."
A third complained: "This couple have not stopped nitpicking during the search and now he's letting out a big sigh! RUDE."
A fourth fumed: "Did he just sign like that? Even his wife gave him a dirty look."
A fifth raged: "Poor Danni she's showing them all these houses and he just sighs like that. Very horrible attitude."
