ATOMIC Kitten legend Natasha Hamilton has revealed how she’s reached a new high by mastering the “perfect orgasm”.
The Tide is High singer made the racy declaration while at a sex retreat during an explosive new episode of Real Housewives of Cheshire.
Natasha, 40, has wasted no time settling into the show and becoming one of the most talked about characters of the series.
In a recent episode of the ITVBe show, the singer opened up about her sex life while speaking to her co-stars at a sex retreat.
Hosted by ‘Pleasure Professor’ Louise Van Der Velde, the stars were given tips on how to have more fun in the bedroom.
However, they couldn’t resist sharing some of their own personal experiences and advice on how to get the most out of the horizontal tango.

Invited to the retreat by RHOC's Lauren Simon, 48, the women were told: “Tonight I have invited you along to get in touch with your perfect orgasm.”
To which Natasha cheekily replied: “I mastered that a long time ago!”
Later while discussing how to please a woman and the mistakes some people make, Natasha said: “The thing with women is we need not just penetration, we need stimulation as well.
“Men feel like it is two pumps and a squirt and it is done!”

Her co-star Lauren fully concurred with the statement, saying: “I have to agree with Natasha.
“We need to be stroked and stroked till we come – like a dog!”
OG housewife Lauren is good pals with relationship guru Louise Van Der Velde, who is also advising her on how to find a man following her divorce from ex-husband Paul.
During the retreat Van Der Velde explained to the women how to awaken their sexual energy before showing them several exercises to improve their orgasms.
Shaking their hands and wiggling their hips, the group were told to grip their “jewel” – crotch – over their clothing.
She told them: “To awaken the senses we are going to have one person in a blindfold and the other person is going to stimulate them.
“Everyone should have more pleasure in life. Are we all agreed?”
During the episode Lauren also shared details about the best orgasm she’s ever had.
