NATASHA Hamilton has hit back at mum-shamers as she revealed her 'holiday from hell'.
The Atomic Kitten star, 41, had taken to her Instagram account to keep fans updated on her summer travels.
However, Natasha was forced to hit back at followers who trolled her for flying abroad while heavily pregnant.
In a post calling out the mum-shamers, the singer elegantly replied with top tips for expectant mothers who wish to fly.
She also revealed how she had a 'trip from hell' to Germany when she missed her connecting flight.
Natasha told her 150,000 followers: "As I found out travelling recently – I did not have assistance booked in advance and when I arrived in Germany I had to get to a different terminal to make a connecting flight.

"The gap was tight and we’d already been delayed leaving the UK. Needless to say, I couldn’t run & we missed the connection and then had to get a 3rd flight that day to get to our destination – it took me 18 hours in total to get to where I needed to be, it was a trip from hell!"
Natasha's followers flooded her comments with support, with one saying: "Still our beautiful Tash."
A second wrote: "Beware of cruising though. I had one booked and couldn’t go. You can only cruise up to 24 weeks."
"Sorry to hear about this Natasha, you look amazing though," said a third.

Earlier this year Natasha revealed she is expecting a baby girl.
She posted a video of herself surround by her family as her husband – Charles Gay – let off a confetti cannon.
