Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Angela Scanlon was left flustered when she accidentally revealed a spoiler ahead of Saturday's series final during an appearance on spin-off show It Takes Two on Friday.
The TV presenter, 39, was mortified and covered her mouth in embarrassment when professional dancer Amy Dowden suggested she might have said too much when she shared an insight into Saturday's show schedule.
Dancer Amy, 33, who didn't star in this year's professional lineup due to her ongoing cancer journey, hosted a segment on It Takes Two where she discussed Angela's return for one last dance after she was given the boot from the competition last month.
But all eyes were on Angela when she accidentally teased the upcoming group dance and being reunited with her former partner Carlos Gu.
Amy asked the former contestant: "Angela, are you looking forward to having one more spin around the ballroom?"
To which Angela replied: "Oh, I can't wait! Also, I love that everyone is getting to do one of their favourite little moments so for myself and Carlos, we're doing Charleston…"
Amy quickly let Angela know that she may have revealed too much as she added: "Little spoiler there, little spoiler!"
Former contestant Angela looked surprised as she covered her mouth in shock and exclaimed: "Oh sorry, am I not allowed to say that?!"
Angela knew it was too late so she laughed she added: "Anyway, you heard it here first! Yeah, so I can't wait, absolutely very excited to get the old Charleston hat back on!"
Angela and Carlos were the ninth duo to be eliminated last month after they lost in the dance-off against Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin.
When asked by host Tess Daly about her time on the show, Angela said: "It’s been honestly incredible, I’m gutted, really gutted that it’s finished now, but it has been the most wonderful experience. I have made the best friend in this man [to Carlos].
"We have had so much fun, he is such an incredible guy. He has supported me and picked me up and made me laugh so much. I don’t know what to say, it’s been magical honestly – all of those people up there! My husband at home, my two little girls and all my friends!"
The upcoming Strictly final will see the final three celebrities battle it out on the dancefloor to lift the GlitterBall trophy.
Layton will compete with professional partner Nikita Kuzmin against fellow stars Ellie Leach and her partner Vito Coppola and Bobby Brazier and his partner Dianne Buswell.
Angela's spoiler comes just a day after the Strictly finalists beamed as they took it in turns to pose alongside the coveted Glitterball trophy – which one pair will lift on Saturday's live show.
Each couple will perform their favourite routine from the series, one picked by the judges for them to have another go at, and a new show dance.
