Big Brother fans going to cry as Yinrun distracts fans with fashion accessory

Big Brother viewers have been left distracted by housemate Yinrun's bold fashion choice.

The customer support agent is currently living in the most famous house in Britain with 15 other contestants and is in the running to win the £100,000 prize fund. Over the past few days, the group of people from all walks of life have been getting to know each other.

They each wore name badges on the launch night to help everyone get to know each other. However, fans have noticed that Yirman is still wearing her name badge on day three.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: "I love how Yinrun is still wearing her name badge." Another added: "How much is Yinrun’s name badge gonna go for on EBay after the season?" A third person said: "Yinrun wearing her name badge on day 3 is making me die." A fourth person said: "Love that Yinrun still had her name badge on."

"Someone tell Yinrun that she’s allowed to take her name badge off," someone else wrote. "Yinrun with her little name badge on still i’m gonna cry," said a sixth fan. It comes after housemate Olivia has come under fire from viewers who have accused her of being 'racist' towards Yinrun.

Olivia suggested Yinrun wouldn't be able to understand her on during Monday's (October 9) episode. The Scottish dancer from Glasgow had been trying to teach her co-stars a Scottish song, but her fellow housemates struggled to understand her accent.

Contestant Kerry admitted: "I will be honest with you, I don’t recognise one word that you said." Hallie agreed: "No same, all I got was Donald’s trousers." But Olivia got herself in trouble with fans when she claimed they would find it even more difficult to work out what her housemate Yinrun was saying. Yinrun is a customer support worker from Shanghai, China.

She pointed at Yinrun and said: "If you didn’t understand me, she’s going to have no clue what the f*** I just said." And fans watching at home weren't happy about the remark at all.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one fan fumed: "Did Olivia REALLY just say if you can’t understand me she definitely won’t (then proceed to point at Yinrun!) my f***ing jaw is still open ! Horrid girl! #racism #BigBrotherUK #getoliviaout."

Another said: "Olivia – racism doesn’t make you less boring." A third claimed: "Okay – we’re going to let that racism from Olivia slide. Oh wait, she’s only Asian, doesn’t matter…"

While Yinrun is from China originally, she now lives in Harrogate. She previously told Big Brother that she felt like an "outsider" as she was struggling with the language barrier.

Big Brother airs Sunday to Thursday on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm followed by Big Brother Late & Live at 10pm
