Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) was recently diagnosed with motor neurone disease in Coronation Street, meaning that his lifespan will be significantly shorter than expected.
Because of this, he has formed a bucket list of things he wants to do before he goes, and one of his requests is set to stun partner Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) as a new spoiler video shows.
When we last saw Billy and Paul on the show, the future of their relationship was in question, after Paul overheard Billy admitting that he wouldn’t still be with Paul after his actions if he wasn’t ill.
However, it appears that the pair will make up, as they head to the lake to enjoy some much needed quality time together in upcoming scenes.
They seem in high spirits as they compare the moment to a movie, making jokes and reflecting on their ‘perfect day’.
Although, Paul doesn’t think it has been completely perfect, as he admits there is one thing that would improve it.
Soon, he leaves Billy stunned as he suggests that they go skinny dipping, claiming it is what they would do in the films.
When Billy refuses, Paul insists that he has to, because it is on his bucket list.
Billy continues to make excuses, worrying that passers-by may see them and pointing out that he ‘is a man of the cloth’.
Paul, however, won’t take no for an answer, and it isn’t long before they are both undressing.
Will this be the perfect end to a perfect day, just as Paul hopes?
