CHARLOTTE Crosby has revealed when she will get engaged to her boyfriend Jake Ankers.

The reality star, 32, is set to become a mum for the first time any day now, and the couple can't wait to meet their newborn.


Charlotte has today opened up to The Sun about where she sees her relationship with Jake going in the future.

The TV star – who is reuniting with her Geordie Shore co-stars for an MTV Reunion Special – told us: "I will be engaged by the end of next year. I am telling you now, I will be engaged by the end of next year.

"If he could Jake would propose to us now but I tell him no. I don;t like to do too much at once."

She went on: "I like to have lovely long celebrations of each milestone in life and I don’t think there is any need to rush.

"I think even the end of next year would be a bit of a rush. I am about to have a baby, so let’s celebrate that, do you know what I mean."

Meanwhile, Charlotte recently admitted to breaking down in tears after becoming overwhelmed with fear ahead of the birth of her first baby

The revelation came when a pregnant fan asked Charlotte for advice – worrying she might not be a good mum.

Charlotte replied: "This was me yesterday. I cried all morning and my mam had to give me a big pep talk.

"I'm so so so so so scared about this HUGE change in my life and I worry about it all the time.

"Don't you worry about a single thing, it's totally normal to feel that way.

"You also have raging hormones coursing around your body."

She added: "I struggled with a bit of prenatal depression in the very beginning as well, which again is so normal.

"These feelings aren't going to last forever my girl.

"Pregnancy can be really, really tough. I've not had the easiest.

"Remember to keep talking to your loved ones about all your feelings – don't keep them bottled up."

Charlotte also revealed how she was left devastated after revealing fears of being shamed for choosing to have a c-section.

She explained that she was worried about giving birth naturally, especially due to her previous ectopic pregnancy.

But the TV star said there too much stigma around having a c-section.

Charlotte and Jake were first revealed to be dating last November after meeting through friends.

Following a whirlwind romance, in April the happy couple announced they were set to have a baby with a video of her finding out she was expecting.

Charlotte wrote alongside the post: “A moment I wasn’t sure would ever be mine Is here, it’s mine (and Jakes) and i couldn’t be happier to be sharing it with you all……Im having a baby 😭👶🏼.”
