Christine McGuinness is a model and TV personality, who many will know as the wife of presenter Paddy McGuinness. She also appeared on ITVBe reality show The Real Housewives of Cheshire for two years, as well as other series like The Games and The Real Full Monty. After Christine and Paddy separated last year, she has been working on a BBC documentary about living with autism.
How old is model and TV personality Christine McGuinness?
Christine McGuinness was born on March 20, 1988, which makes the former beauty queen 34 years old.
She will be celebrating her 35th birthday next Monday, so she is bound to share details of the celebrations on her social media.
Paddy McGuinness, on the other hand, is 15 years her senior, having met when she was just 19.
Their paths first crossed when she was modelling at the Liverpool Tennis Tournament in 2007.
Four years later the couple tied the knot at Merseyside’s Thornton Manor Estate.
They went on to have their three children, nine-year-old twins Penelope and Leo and seven-year-old Felicity.
All three children are autistic with Christine only being diagnosed with the condition herself aged 33.
She explained to Psychologies Magazine how she tried to hide her natural reactions to situations from Paddy in the early days of their relationship.
Christine said: “I’d always wanted to be a wife so once I met Patrick, I fully went into ‘perfect wife’ mode, you know.
“I’ll stay in, I’ll cook and clean and make sure I’m the best wife I can be.”
Unfortunately, the famous couple announced last year they had separated after 11 years of marriage, stating it was “not an easy decision”.
They said in a statement they didn’t initially intend to make a public announcement but due to a “lack of privacy”, felt it was needed.

They said: “A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children.
“This was not an easy decision to make but we’re moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children.
“We’ll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together.”
Christine will be fronting her new documentary Unmasking My Autism which focuses on the link between the condition and abuse.
She goes into detail about how she experienced sexual abuse as a child and questions why she didn’t tell anyone what happened.
In the one-off special, Christine says: “I experienced that and I didn’t speak up, and I wonder if I never said it because I was autistic.
“Was it me? Would a neurotypical woman have said something? Is it my fault?
“How did I find myself there? All of those questions.”
Unmasking My Autism airs on Wednesday, March 15, at 9pm on BBC One.
