Come Dine With Me viewers rip into 'sourpuss' contestant for seriously sly tactic | The Sun

THIS week's Come Dine With Me has seen some very controversial moves made by its contestants.

Last night's episode is no exception, as one 'sourpuss' competitor has been slammed by viewers.

Four Edinburgh residents have gone head to head this week on the Channel 4 show.

Tuesday's episode saw Anthony cook up a storm, which went down well with the contestants, but not so much with the show's viewers.

Receiving 30 points, management consultant Anthony was at the top of the leaderboard, whilst law student Sharon is slightly behind on 27 points.

Sharon has come under fire throughout the week for her attitude towards the other contestants, especially during Anthony's night.

Going up against them are geography teacher Ashley, creative writer Gerald and museum worker Carmen.

Wednesday night was Carmen's evening, who served up a menu inspired by her childhood and the food obsessions she's had throughout her life, explaining it had a nod to her autism.

She served a pork stir fry noodle for starter, pesto pasta for main and a chocolate spread sandwich for pudding.

Carmen impressed her guests by making both the pesto and the pasta entirely from scratch.

However, Sharon wasn't impressed, and as predicted by the viewers she scored very low.

Whilst the other contestants all scored a seven and above, Sharon was harsher.

She said: "The only course I enjoyed tonight was the starter, so for that reason, I'm going to give Carmen a six".

However, Carmen still scored 29 overall, putting her ahead of Sharon.

The low score didn't go unnoticed by viewers, as they flooded to Twitter to discuss the score.

Another added: "Oh a surprise giving a six."

To which one replied: "But still last!"
