Corrie fans watched in horror recently when Alya Nazir was stabbed in Speed Dahl during a refugee event.

It lead to Max Turner being found guilty of inciting the attack after being involved in Griff Reynold's far-right group.

In a recent scene, Alya was seen visiting Max at the centre after his dad David Platt asked her to so the teen could apologise.

When Max tried to explain his intentions behind the video that led to the attack, Alya raged: "People like you with bombs and knives.
