A CORONATION Street legend has been spotted looking unrecognisable as he celebrated his 92nd birthday.
Kenneth Cope, who is best known for playing Jed Stone in the ITV soap, was all smiles in the celebratory post on Facebook.
The actor looked worlds away from his role on Coronation Street as he drank a glass of wine and ate a celebratory meal at home.
Kenneth, 92, who also starred as Marty Hopkirk in Randall and Hopkirk, swapped his clean-shaven appearance for a grey beard.
The TV star opted for a pair of glasses and a bucket hat as he kept it casual in a black sweatshirt and black trousers for his celebrations.
Kenneth looked to be tucking into a delicious roast dinner and red wine as part of his special birthday celebrations.

Aside from Coronation Street and Randall and Hopkirk, Kenneth also played Ray Hilton in British sitcom Brookside.

He first appeared in Corrie back in 1966 as shade Jed Stone, a part he returned to in episodes back in 2008.
He came back after a 42-year absence as part of a storyline involving property developer character Tony Gordon.

He only appeared on the show again for a special one-off episode in 2014, for the trial of Ken Barlow, played by William Roache.
Instead of acting, Kenneth now writes a weekly column in the Southport Visitor newspaper.
