During Monday’s episode of Coronation Street, Daisy Midgeley (played by Charlotte Jordan) bumped into Justin (Andrew Still) as he came back from his mother’s funeral. Having enough of his behaviour, Daisy began live-streaming Justin to make him feel the way he made her feel and was supported by her Weatherfield neighbours. Charlotte recently opened up to Express.co.uk about how Justin continues his stalking which leads to a violent outcome.

Daisy recently applied for a stalking protection order against Justin but after Daniel Osbourne’s (Rob Mallard) attack the night before, it was denied.

Despite being annoyed at Daniel and threatening to pull the wedding, the pair made up and decided they weren’t going to let him ruin their future together.

Actress Charlotte previously touched on what is still to come for Daisy and Justin’s twisted relationship and how broken she becomes.

She explained: “Daisy is a feisty, confident character and she has a gob on her so she is not afraid to tell people to do one if she feels she needs to.

“But, what you are seeing is this guy who totally takes her power from her, you can’t control how other people behave and you can’t control how other people interpret things.

“So she feels totally powerless and you will slowly see Justin sort of desolate all the things that make her Daisy, which is just really sad.

“Luckily she has got people around her that love her and are going to support her through it but no one can really understand what she is going through.

“So he is going to slowly but surely sort of destroy everything that makes her, her really.”

Discussing how far Justin’s delusions affect Daisy, she added: “She is always on edge and she is just looking over her shoulder constantly.

“She never knows when he is going to appear, and because he is totally delusional and believes they are in this loving relationship and somehow Daniel is an obstacle for them she doesn’t know how far that delusion is going to go.

“She doesn’t know how dangerous that then makes him in the long run and she doesn’t know what will tip him over the edge but it’s just a really scary situation for her to be in and the worst is yet to come.”

After Daisy decided to live stream Justin, his sister also turned up and gave Daisy and Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) some chilling news.

Walking into the Rovers she said: “I saw the video, the man in it, Justin is my brother. I am so sorry, I know what he is like.

“I don’t think you are the first, that’s why I wanted to talk to you, to warn you. You need to go to the police, you need to be really careful.

“Justin, when he gets obsessed with someone like this, he is dangerous.”

Later that night, Daisy and Daniel set Justin up by getting him in Victoria Gardens and Daisy winding him up to get a reaction from him.

As she gets up close to Justin, he launches a physical attack on her with Dan and Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) walking around the corner and him being arrested.

Has Daisy finally managed to get the police to see Justin’s true intentions and got him out of her life for good?

With the warning from Justin’s sister, has Daisy made a big mistake by trying to antagonise her stalker and put him behind bars?

Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8pm on ITV.
