Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) is shown another horrifying realisation that her mental health is struggling in Coronation Street, as she suffers a panic attack during the ongoing ordeal with her stalker, Justin Rutherford (Andrew Still).
We’ve gotten to know Daisy as a loud character who isn’t afraid to say what she thinks. She wears bright and patterned clothes and loves being stylish, but as Justin continues to make her life a living hell, putting her big girl pants on is becoming increasingly difficult.
One thing Justin has done in recent weeks is get himself a job as a delivery driver, deliberately with a route that takes him across the cobbles so he can see Daisy.
This causes her to feel triggered in upcoming episodes, as she spots a delivery van and ends up having a panic attack.
Spotting the situation unfold is Ryan (Ryan Prescott), who does his best to calm Daisy down, leaving her with the opportunity to open up about how she’s continually looking over her shoulder for Justin.
This ordeal will come after Justin’s sister enters the pub and tells Daisy that this isn’t the first time he’s shown obsessive behaviour and that she needs to watch herself as he’s incredibly dangerous.
For us, we certainly know that Justin’s sister is right as this situation hasn’t even reached its darkest point yet, as upcoming episodes will see Justin target Daisy in an acid attack.
