EastEnders fans open-mouthed as Chelsea Fox's age is finally revealed | The Sun

CHELSEA Fox spoke about her life as a single mother during last night's trip to Albert Square.

However, the discussion left EastEnders fans completely stunned as they found out she was a decade older than they expected.

During her ill-fated romance with serial killer Gray Atkins – who was arrested for multiple murders in March, 2022 – Chelsea became a mother for the first time.

The character played by Zaraah Abrahams gave birth to a boy she named Jordan and, following Gray's departure for prison, she has had to adapt to life as a single mother.

This was the main topic of a conversation aired in last night's scenes of the BBC One soap.

However, as Chelsea spoke about her routine, fans of the London-based program thought they misheard her when she said she was 36 years old.

Many viewers were left with their jaws dropped and swarmed over to Twitter to share their utter disbelief as most believed she was ten years younger than her actual age.

"Chelsea is 36? Then why is her character written like she is 15?", one viewer wrote while another echoed: "Chelsea is 36!"

A third soap fan penned: "Chelsea looks 26 not 36! Seems a bit unrealistic to me but she looks amazing."

Another viewer pointed out that Denise Fox (Diane Parish) looked too young to be Chelsea's mother.

"Denise can't be old enough to have a 36 year old daughter", they commented.

But there was no time left for them to comment any longer on Chelsea's age as she was surrounded by drama viewers needed to pay attention to.

Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) has been trying to figure out everything he can about Jack Branning's investigation on him.

Last night, he was seen chatting to Chelsea in the Vic, where he asked for a drink and she refused.

Chelsea has also been supporting and comforting her pal Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) while the market trader was getting ready for a memorial service planned by Zack Hudson (James Farrar) for their daughter Peach.
