Ravi Gulati (played by Aaron Thiara) has recently threatened Denise Fox (Diana Parish) by claiming he will expose their near-affair if she doesn’t get him access to her husband Jack Branning’s (Scott Maslen) police files on him. Denise’s head was turned by the EastEnders newcomer while her marriage was going through a rough patch and Ravi kept swooping in when she felt unhappy or let down by Jack. Although she kissed Ravi and met him at a hotel room, she had a change of heart and nothing more happened. However, Ravi’s manipulative behaviour is set to intensify.

In upcoming scenes of the BBC soap, Ravi continues to flirt with Denise’s daughter, Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams), as a way of putting pressure on Denise.

Chelsea refuses a drink with him, but Ravi is confident he can soon change her mind.

Later, she tells Felix Baker (Matthew James Morrison) and Finlay Baker (Ashley Byam) that they’re going to The Albert to give Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) and Zack Hudson (James Farrar) some space.

She’s irritated to see that Ravi is there and becomes even more annoyed when a mystery blonde joins him.

Chelsea soon decides to make Ravi jealous, but her attempts fail because he ends up leaving with the woman.

However, when she later steps outside, Ravi is waiting for her and offers her a ride on his motorbike.

Meanwhile, Jack dedicates his time to working on Ravi’s case despite Denise urging him to take a break.

Denise arranges a family games night, insisting Chelsea should join them.

However, the plan backfires as Ravi hears and invites himself along as Chelsea’s guest.

Denise and Jack are horrified to see the pair arriving together, and Ravi delights in riling them both up.

Jack becomes suspicious Denise has told Chelsea he is investigating Ravi, accusing her of compromising the case.

He soon warns Ravi off Chelsea, which leads to a tense stand-off between the two.

Ravi retaliates by winding Jack and Denise up about their relationship but eventually agrees to leave Chelsea alone only if Jack gives him intel on the investigation.

Later, Denise puts her foot down and smugly puts Ravi in his place.

However, he comes back with a threat that leaves Denise terrified.

Could Ravi finally reveal to Jack that Denise had kissed him and almost slept with him?

The consequences could be disastrous for many because Callum Highway (Tony Clay) has been assisting Jack with the case.

While looking through CCTV footage of Ravi’s activity, he spotted Denise meeting him at the hotel, but decided to keep the information from Jack.

If the truth comes out, Denise’s world could be turned upside down and Callum might lose his job at the hands of a vengeful Jack.

Will Ravi’s behaviour wreak more chaos for Jack and Denise’s family?

EastEnders continues on Tuesday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
