EastEnders actress Natalie Cassidy has been announced as the co-host of a new BBC programme to celebrate the Eurovision Song Contest.
The Sonia Fowler star will join Eurovision commentator and radio DJ Scott Mills for a new programme called Get Your Eurovision On, which will celebrate the joy, unity and music of the Song Contest.
Set to air on BBC IPlayer during Eurovision week between May 7 – 13, 2023, Get Your Eurovision On will look back on some of the contest's iconic performances, incredible staging, memorable moments and costumes.

Along with collaborating with Natalie Cassidy for Get Your Eurovision On, Scott Mills will provide commentary alongside Rylan on BBC One and BBC Iplayer for the Eurovision Song Contest semi-finals on May 9 and May 11 – along with commentary on BBC Radio 2 for the grand final on May 13.
Speaking ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023, Scott said: "I can’t begin to describe how excited I am to be presenting the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest on Radio 2.
"I’ve had the great pleasure of being involved with Eurovision in various ways over the years, from commentating alongside Graham Norton to singing karaoke with the contestants, but presenting from the Grand Final in Liverpool is the ultimate childhood dreamcome true.
"Rylan and I will be going all out so please come and join the party live on Radio 2!"
There is an extra treat for soap fans too, as it has been revealed that a Eurovision icon is set to step foot on Albert Square in EastEnders – although no further details of who the star could be have been released at this stage.
They are just some of the announcements to have been revealed at a Eurovision Song Contest media launch today (April 19, 2023), which was held at the British Music Experience in host city Liverpool.
For the first time since 1998, the United Kingdom will play host to the 2023 contest and will do so on behalf of last year’s winners Ukraine who are unable to host due to the ongoing war.
The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 grand final will be held at Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena on Saturday May 13 and will be hosted by Graham Norton, Alesha Dixon, Julia Sanina and Hannah Waddingham.
All three live shows will deliver emotive, exciting and unforgettable moments that underline this year's contest slogan: United by Music.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will be broadcast live from Liverpool on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, BBC Radio 2 and BBC Sounds. Semi-Final 1 is broadcast Tuesday 9 May at 8pm, Semi-Final 2 is broadcast Thursday 11 May at 8pm, and the Grand Final is broadcast on Saturday 13 May at 8pm.
