Emmerdale: Wendy tells Bernice and Brenda how Bob's doing
Emmerdale fans predict a romance for Bernice Blackstock (played by Samantha Giles) after Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) ended things with Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson).
As Bob lay in his hospital bed, he told Wendy he couldn’t forgive her betrayal and that things were over “for good this time”.
As the nurse tried to defend her affair, she said: “I could be a different person, it wasn’t real life.”
Bob fumed back: “So you weren’t snogging him in the office every chance you had?”
“You know what? I am not doing this again. You’re trying to build a whole story around you being a victim,” Wendy defended.

“You had the affair, not me,” Bob raged as Wendy said: “And you won’t let me forget it.
“Look, Bob, I know how much I heard you and I regret that every single day, but you’ve cheated on partners in the past and we don’t talk about that enough.”
“I am lying here after a heart attack…” Bob went on as he told Wendy he couldn’t forget her affair.
“You’re going to make yourself ill every time you see Liam,” the nurse pointed out as Bob argued: “No!
“I am not being part of your project, this is my problem, not yours…we are done, it is over for good this time.”
