BOTH Nate Robinson and Tracy Metcalfe spent months apart after she moved away to Nottingham.
But the pair clearly have unfinished business and they're unable to stay away from each other next week in Emmerdale.
For several weeks and despite her involvement in Nicola King's attack, Nate Robinson (portrayed by Jurell Carter) has been involved with Naomi Anderson.
This startles his former partner Tracy Metcalfe (returning actress Amy Walsh) who spots the pair together in the village next week.
However, Tracy has some news of her own as she tells her sister Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) she'll tell Nate about her engagement with a man named Ollie – but she struggles to find the right moment.
Before they know it, a charged moment leads to them sharing an illicit encounter.

Both exes awkwardly get redressed and Tracy panics when she hears Vanessa approaching, hurrying Nate out of the back door in nothing but his boxer shorts.
Tracy does everything she can to feign an air of normality but Vanessa knows her well and is immediately suspicious.
The village vet soon spots Nate's phone and jeans but her suspicions are confirmed when he arrives to reclaim these items.
Vanessa despairs when Tracy admits that she still has feelings for Nate, with whom she shares a daughter named Frankie.

But Tracy will have to make a choice between going ahead with her engagement or going back to Nate.
Tracy left the eponymous village after finding out that Nate had cheated on her with Vanessa's then-girlfriend, Fiona, and took on a new job in Nottingham.
However, not much is known about her new life and Nate eventually moved on from their romance after a night with Chloe Harris.
Nate had even encouraged Tracy to leave the Dales, after initially being against her departure.
