Emmerdale fans have figured out just how Nicky will get caught out in his Gabby Thomas scam – along with working out who newcomer Tom King really is.
Tom, son of Carl King and nephew to Jimmy, returned to the village after a decade and immediately hit it off with Belle Dingle again.
But fans think he could be faking his affections after realising a key link between him and Nicky.

Eagle-eyed viewers have noticed Tom looks a lot like Nicky’s one-night-stand Ally – and could be lying to the nanny about his real name.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: “Why do I get the feeling Tom King was brought in to be the reason Nicky is found out? Belle and Gabby are going to be collateral damage in their relationship.
“Maybe I’m wrong but… he sure looked a lot like Ally so!”
A second fan penned: “#Emmerdale are Tom and Ally the same person then? Ally lying to Nicky about who he really is? They look so similar but idk.”
Someone else agreed: “I thought they were the same person at first!”
As another fan followed up: “It was definitely a double take.”
But other fans reckon Ally just has one of those faces – with others comparing him to EastEnders legend Ben Mitchell, played by Max Bowden.
While other viewers have suggested he bears a striking resemblance to Dawn’s ex Alex.
It comes as other fans reckon they know who Emmerdale’s next serial killer will be – Gabby Thomas.

Gabby hasn’t been having the easiest time of it lately, with tensions high at Home Farm with Kim and her fiancé Nicky leading her on in a scam with his dad Caleb.
And after her relationship with Jamie Tate turned sour, leaving Gabby to raise her son Thomas on her own, fans think it won’t be long until the young mum snaps.
Scammed by two different men, fans think once Gabby realises what Nicky is up to, she could take matters into her own hands and go on a “killing spree”.
Taking to Twitter, one eagle-eyed fan wrote: “Wow, either my radar is flawless or they did a good job of setting up this Nicky storyline. Gabby, though, is gonna go on a killing spree after what Jamie did to her and now THIS… #Emmerdale.”
