Emmerdale viewers are convinced Gabby Thomas could be expecting another child after she appeared to fall ill unexpectedly during the latest episode.
On Wednesday night's show (March 29), Gabby was all smiles as her relationship with Nicky appeared to be going in the right direction.
While alone at Home Farm with Nicky, Gabby tried to make the most of their time together by sharing an intimate kiss.

But she was met with surprise when she suddenly needed to be sick and quickly ran away to the bathroom as a result.
Seeing her illness take shape quite rapidly, fans had only one conclusion and headed over to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One person wrote: "Gabby being sick, not pregnant is she?"
Another viewer joked: "Gabby's pregnant. How could that have happened? She clearly hasn't heard that old wives tale: woman who lies on a brown leather sofa will fall with child."
A third chimed: "Not another pregnancy storyline purleeeese…….Gabby."
While a fourth added: "Omg has Gabby another bun in the oven."
Later on in the programme, Gabby was seen lying down on the sofa and explained to Nicky that she was unwell due to something she ate the night before.
But fans were still unsure and seemed to believe that a new edition to the Thomas family could be underway.
The news comes after actor Lewis Cope, who plays the role of Nicky, confirmed that there is a lot more than meets the eye regarding his character.
He said: "Yeah, he seems to have a huge interest in Gabby. He's got his reasons why he wants to be with her which will all come out eventually."
Sharing his thoughts on fans' theories he said: "The fan theories have been great.
"It has been nice to see how other people view the situation and the character, and just the madness of what people come up with has been fun."
Some viewers speculated that Nicky could be linked to Jamie Tate or Joe Tate in a revenge storyline, with Jamie being the father of Gabby's baby son Thomas.
