The Water Shed

This property featured on a recent series of Grand Designs and instantly had viewers fascinated.

It's located in West Sussex and was transformed from a tired, rundown house into a luxurious home.

Daniel and Nina Rowland designed and built the timber-cladding house on their own.

They used their skills as a architect and interior designer to create the stunning property.

If you want to rent this out, it will cost you a whopping £8,000 per week.

The Rockhouse Retreat

This unique abode was handcrafted and had been occupied for 800 years.

It's located in Worcestershire and became the first 21st century cavehouse retreat in Britain.

Viewers watched in 2015 as businessman Angelo Mastropietro bought the abode.

He renovated the secluded spot and added running water, underfloor heating and wifi.

Its bedroom features a king size bed and a stove making it a romantic destination.

To stay here, it will cost you £248 per night.

Dairy Cottage

Featured in the seventh series, the Dairy Cottage had burned down which left couple Alex and Cheryl battling to rebuild it.

Eventually they did just that and the thatched cottage was brought back to life with a contemporary extension.

Fulham Cemetery

Grand Designs viewers were left stunned when a man transformed a cemetery into a lavish home.

The build cost a whooping £4.5 million to bring his dream home to life.

Before the build the site was just an old keeper's lodge and an abandoned council toilet block.

After four years the home was finished, which features a master bedroom with a dressing room.

It also has a cellar and bar, as well as a gigantic swimming pool.

For you to stay at this property would cost an eye-watering £13,705 for seven nights.

The Apprentice Store

This Somerset beauty featured on the ninth series of Grand Designs.

It proved to be a complex build as the owners had discovered the 200-year-old structure had no foundations.
