Ferne McCann enjoys a healing trip to India with her fiancé Lorri Haines on Wednesday's episode of Ferne McCann: First Time Mum.
In the episode, Ferne, 32, embarks on the "life-changing" holiday, where she enjoys activities such as dance therapy and laughing yoga.
It comes as the pregnant former TOWIE star recently revealed that she is set to become a certified life coach after "taking responsibility" for the recent voice note scandal, where she also broke down in tears and publicly apologised.
And in an exclusive clip of Wednesday's episode of ITVBe's First Time Mum obtained by OK!, it sees Lorri, 31, relieved as he sweetly celebrates seeing Ferne smile for the "first time in months".
During the episode, the couple decide to embark in a healing yoga session with Dr Chirag Andhariya, where they soon learn that it involves laughing yoga.
Ahead of the appointment, Ferne admits: "Just being here, I'm already feeling calmer" while Dr Chirag explains: "We are here to heal emotionally, physically and spiritually."
And after the session, a smiling Ferne says: "I've never ever done anything like that in my whole entire life… I was genuinely laughing… I actually had tears, so thank you."
Speaking in a VT, she adds: "This is honestly one of the most brilliant, funniest things I think I have ever done in terms of therapy. It is contagious, I can't stop laughing and it feels really good."
While Lorri sweetly says in a VT: "This is really the first time in months I've seen Ferne smile. It got to the point I would question and say to myself: 'Will she ever smile again?'"
Lorri then goes on to gush about Ferne, telling her in an adorable moment: "I feel so connected to you right now and I love you so much!" as they share a tender kiss together.
