GARDEN Rescue's Lee Burkhill has revealed a feature which is secretly banned by BBC bosses – and he refuses to follow the rules.
The popular show has returned for a new season, with the yard designer and Charlie Dimmock helping people in the UK renovate their green spaces.
A couple in Fareham chose Lee's design for a "Finnish allotment garden" during the latest episode.
But Lee has spoken out about a "ban" from his BBC employers and claims he will not comply with it.
BBC viewers questioned Lee's decision not to include a swing for the kids after he shared it on his Instagram account.
One said: "Loved the garden, but thought you might have added a swing for the boys in the undercover area."

"Hahaha I got banned from swings last year! Done too many apparently!!, Lee responded.
In response to another comment, Lee continued: "I'll be honest. Last year was rough. Was told I was too out there. Which is fine.
"But I'm not going to stop being out there. This year's fillings been a much greater success. More 'out there' contribs wanting to actually garden rather than low maintenance or 'gardens just to look at".
The fan then replied: "I'm pleased to hear this year has been better for you and people are beginning to understand the 'Ninja vibe'. I find your designs a refreshing change from the norm."

During the episode, a timber structure over a patio with seating and a campfire was installed in the stunning new backyard.
Hannah and Dominic were thrilled when they were shown the final completed garden.
