When could the Love Island final be? | The Sun

WHILE it may seem like Love Island has just begun, the final is closer than you think.

Here is when we predict the final of the ITV2 dating show.

When could the Love Island final be?

Love Island producers and bosses are yet to confirm the exact date of the final.

However, as the series is eight weeks long, we can estimate that the final will air on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 9 pm on ITV2.

Love Island host, Laura Whitmore, will present the live final, with her husband Iain Stirling providing his popular comical commentary.

Ahead of the new series, Laura confirmed that the series would return for eight weeks, shutting down speculation that it was to air for ten weeks this year, she said: "This summer love is ours; every romance, every bromance, every recoupling round the firepit.

"For eight weeks we're going to own love and it all kicks off tomorrow in a brand new villa."

Last year's series, which also ran for eight weeks, saw Liam Reardon and Millie Court win the show on August 23, 2021.
