Abbie has been advised that she needs four treatments and has to go once every two weeks.

The MTV star spoke out in 2020, explaining that she was left with huge bald patches all over her head after the abuse took its toll.

Abbie told us: "I started to get thinner, and not just in weight.

" I noticed my hair was coming out in clumps too.

"Then one night, I was looking in the mirror and gasped. I had huge bald patches all over my head.’

"I knew it wasn’t from hair extensions because I hadn’t been wearing them at that time – it must be a form of the condition Alopecia that affected Gail Porter."

Abbie shot to fame in 2017 on Geordie Shore.

Earlier this year it was revealed she was sacked from the MTV show for a second time.

Abbie joined the cast for series 14, but was given the boot by season 17.
