GILLIAN McKeith leaves her I'm A Celeb campmates in shock tonight as she reveals how she smuggled contraband onto the set.

The telly nutritionist, 63, gleefully admits to bringing banned items into camp, and her co-stars can't believe how much she's managed to stash away.

We previously revealed how one of her tactics was to put spices in condoms that were hidden in tiny pockets between two sets of knickers.

Gillian also sneaked in garlic bulbs in her shoes and stuffed spices into a push-up bra.

Last night the camp was issued a huge warning by show bosses after discovering forbidden items had been brought in.

Toff read a note as their evening food was delivered that said: "Celebrities, there is contraband in camp.

"You will not get your dinner until you have surrendered all the contraband.

Pulling another campmate to the long drop, Gillian revealed she was guilty.

The Sun revealed earlier this month that Gillian defied the ITV show’s strict rules to sneak turmeric, sage, cinnamon and dill into the South African camp.

Gillian, who also had miso paste, was rumbled by production staff.

It's not the first time Gillian has been caught with contraband.

In fact, the ex-Channel 4 host — notorious for inspecting poo on diet series You Are What You Eat — was only up to her old tricks.

In the Aussie jungle in 2010, Gillian was caught with rock salt stuffed in a pair of M&S pants.

Defiant Gillian later said: “I feel like a naughty schoolgirl.”
