EX-GOGGLEBOX star Amy Tapper has revealed a side effect of her impressive weight loss.
The reality star has been working hard on her body image for more than a year and she's seen some fantastic results.
While the pounds have fallen away, Amy still has a reminder of her former self.
Sharing a video on Instagram in which she moved her lightly flexedarm to show her loose skin swaying, Amy wrote: "Pre-shower thoughts this morning… The part of a weight loss journey no one shows you.
"Crazy to see but very annoying [laughing emoji]."
Amy is also overhauling her wardrobe following her weight loss and showed the bags of items she's getting rid of. The items she can't bear to part with she's getting altered so that she can continue to wear them.

Amy's fans have been impressed and inspired by the big lifestyle change.
One person commented on a recent post of her relaxing on a sofa: "What a beautiful inspirational lady you are."
Another said: "Amy your looking so healthy. Well done girl!! I too have lost a lot of weight recently and if like me you ever forget how much progress you’ve made or you feel like it’s not fast enough etc, watch an old episode of goggle box and you’ll feel so proud of how far you’ve come."
The 23-year-old often shares her tough workouts and healthy meals on social media.

Occasionally she posts throwbacks to show how far she's come.
One of the most dramatic to date saw her trying on a Disney princess ballgown that she'd worn a year before.
The skirt was miles too big for her in the after picture. Amy wrote: "All jokes aside, this was a crazy realisation for me.
"Sometimes when you see yourself everyday you don't always see it but you feel it and today I saw it so I thought I'd share it as I'm fairly proud of myself."
