GOOD Morning Britain fans were delighted to welcome Susanna Reid back to the show after her summer holidays.
Returning to the hot-seat alongside new signing Martin Lewis, the pair wasted no time getting stuck into the big issues of the day, namely rising energy prices and the imminent appointment of a new prime minister.
Revealing their excitement at having Susanna back, one fan wrote on Twitter: "I have waited long enough for your much anticipated return, hope you had a fantastic Summer break ( you certainly had the weather). Welcome back Susanna."
Another said: "I got up especially early today for Susanna's return!#gmb."
A third complimented her outfit, writing: "Welcome back @susannareid100 love the little red riding hood outfit the lady in red @GMB."
A fourth enthused: "Lovely seeing you back on GMB Susanna."

Viewers had been treated to an array of presenting combinations over the summer consisting of the likes of Ben Shephard, Kate Garraway, Rob Rinder and Adil Ray.
TV Judge Rob particularly impressed, with viewers calling for him to be made a permanent addition to the show after a series of empathetic appearances.
Meanwhile today marks the first Martin’s Money Mondays after the financial guru signed up to help give the nation vital information each week as the cost of living crisis deepens.
The Money Saving Expert explained what the energy price cap actually means and how it will affect viewers' bills in real terms.
