Good Morning Britain fans were left fairly disappointed during the latest episode as presenter Richard Madeley made his return.
The TV host had been missing in action for a number of weeks as he took time off to help out his daughter Chloe who recently gave birth to her first child.
But although some had missed Richard, 66, on their screens, others wasn't too pleased to see him back on screens appearing alongside co-host Susanna Reid and Ranvir Singh.
Taking to Twitter, disgruntled viewers shared their thoughts.
One person wrote: "Why on earth have you ruined the show again, it's been such a blissful few weeks without Madeley! Balls and Lewis are watchable. This guy must boost the ratings elsewhere in seconds."
Another disgruntled viewer penned: "Noooooo! Richard Madeley’s back, why?! I thought he’d left and done us all a favour. Back to his misogynistic, self absorbed, and just downright offensive crap. We all know how hard talking about the war makes him, bet that’s why he’s back."
A third shared: "Why do they bring in Richard to host when Ranvir is just standing there, what a waste of a presenter."
A fourth added: "Martin Lewis & Ed Balls have been watchable, informative & good pairings with Susanna Reid. I really don’t understand why #GMB continue to employ Madeley (who says he’s APolitical ) – added cringe bonus Allison Pearson & Tory Boy Pierce.Turned over to Sky News for Kay Burley."
But despite the uproar, some were happy to see the presenter back on screens and shared their thoughts on Twitter too.
Sharing an opposing view, one spectator wrote: "I like Madeley on #GMB, You just never know what he's gonna come out with."
