The ITV star took to social media to share a glimpse into the luxurious event.
Laura, who is best known as a weather forecast presenter on Good Morning Britain, posted a montage of pictures from her evening.
She could be seen dazzling in a red, silk dress.
Laura paired the elegant look with a sultry up-do, gold jewellery and high-heels.
The 41-year-old detailed her evening in the caption: "I had an amazing evening @fashion_declares Regenerative conference for the start of #LondonFashionWeek.

The Daytime weather woman recently wowed in a blue dress, for a sunny Rewind Festival in Henley-on-Thames.
Laura has had a summer of festival fun so far, having also attended the Soho House Festival in London.
Susanna Reid, who is currently on her summer break from GMB, was a big fan of Laura's denim look, commenting: "What an outfit."
Fans of the Meteorologist have previously hailed her the "hottest weather girl" and she has even talked about her sex symbol status.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun about being a sex symbol, Laura laughed: "I'm definitely not sexy – I would like to think I look nice and presentable and smart."
The star married Dean Brown in 2010 and the pair share a five-year-old daughter called Charlotte.
