Helen Flanagan cruelly mum-shamed as she takes son Charlie, two, out for dinner | The Sun

HELEN Flanagan was cruelly mum-shamed after posing a clip from her "date night" with son Charlie.

The 33-year-old shared the video on Instagram showing her getting glammed up before sitting down for dinner with her little boy.

Actress Helen looked incredible in a plunging gold dress while Charlie, two, looked cool in all black.

The former Coronation Street star was seen feeding her son from a plate of pasta, and captioned her upload: "Date night with the only man for me."

While many of Helen's followers loved the clip, some weren't as complimentary.

One wrote: "Poor kid, how much food are you trying to ram in his mouth, give him a chance."

Another said: "Blimey, you nearly choked the poor kid!!"

And a third added: "Why are you ramming so much food into his mouth???"

But others rushed to defend Helen, with one hitting back: "Best mum, honest and real! Love this."

Helen is also mum to Matilda, eight, and Delilah, five, from her relationship with ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair.

Earlier this month, The Sun revealed Helen is dating again after the couple shocked fans with their split last year.

A source told The Sun: "Helen’s officially back on the dating scene – she’s been seeing someone on/off for a while but has said they’re better off as friends, but she did really like dating him.

"Everything’s really casual and she’s taking things slow – she doesn’t want anything serious."
