Should Holly Willoughby also depart from This Morning?
This Morning’s previously beloved presenting couple Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby have reportedly had a falling out.
The rumours have spread throughout ITV, with several other presenters giving their views on the matter.
It comes as reports claimed Holly and Phillip’s relationship was “cooling,” before Phillip made a statement to the press to argue the pair’s friendship was “strong”.
It was since reported that Phillip’s statement upset Holly, who hasn’t spoken out about the rumours.
Fans of the presenter have now predicted she will be replaced on ITV staple Dancing on Ice, which she usually hosts alongside Phillip each January.
Since the This Morning controversy has continued to make headlines, viewers are now speculating Dancing on Ice will be impacted also.
Holly and Phillip, who have presented This Morning together since 2009, have also worked on the dance competition as a pair since 2006.
While some ITV colleagues of the duo have dismissed reports of a feud, others have seemingly defended Phillip by posting heartfelt tributes to him following his exit.
Others seem to have taken a similar stance to Holly, with This Morning regular Josie Gibson posting a series of cryptic messages since the news.

One presenter who penned a tribute to Philip was Rochelle Humes, who occasionally steps in as a presenter for This Morning.
Posting a snap of herself with the 61-year-old, she wrote: “I’ve proudly been a part of the This Morning family for almost 10 years and over the last few, it has been an absolute pleasure learning so much from you.
“Thanks for all the lessons – you’re a fountain of love knowledge and laughter.” (sic)
In light of Rochelle’s post, some fans have now predicted the 34-year-old will be next to Phillip on Dancing on Ice from next year.
Several took to social media to express their view on the subject, with Twitter user @love_trouble69 sharing: “Rochelle Humes clearly wants to replace Holly on Dancing On Ice #ThisMorning #PhillipSchofield.”
@tvzoneextra added: “Prediction: Rochelle Humes will join Phillip Schofield to host #DancingOnIce next year.”
Others made other predictions, with @Thomstevens11 posting: “If Phillip Schofield & Holly Willoughby get axed from Dancing On Ice I nominate Kimberly Wyatt & Matt Richardson to replace them #DancingOnIce #ThisMorning #PhillipSchofield #HollyWilloughby #hollyandphil.”
“Will Phil and Holly still host dancing on ice? #ThisMorning?” asked @FlopsyPickle.
@redarmyof1 added: “@GBNEWS If he can’t work with Holly on This Morning, then surely he can’t work with her on Dancing on Ice?! Or did I miss that particular announcement?”
Dancing on Ice isn’t due to return to ITV until January 2024, and ITV have not yet confirmed any plans for the next series.
