I was a huge Hollyoaks star in the 90s but quit acting to become a health and fitness guru | The Sun

DAVINIA Taylor was one of Hollyoaks' biggest stars in the mid nineties.

She starred in Hollyoaks as Jude Cunningham – the sister of Cindy [Steph Waring] – from 1996 until 1998 and made a brief return in 2016.

But these days Davinia, 45, has turned her back on acting in favour of becoming a health and fitness guru.

She lost three stone after overhauling her lifestyle and now tells others how they can do the same.

The former party girl also quit booze in 2019 after struggling with hormones and stress levels amid an alcoholic addiction and being put on anti-depressants.

Davinia has since released two books sharing her secrets to looking a feeling great and also launched a podcast called Hack Your Health.
