I’m A Celebrity…South Africa: Carol faces the Deadly Drop challenge
On Tuesday’s instalment of I’m A Celeb South Africa, ITV viewers saw the 10 campmates settling in to get to know one another.
Whilst sitting around the fire, former boxer Amir Khan opened up about his luxurious wedding back in 2013.
Confessing the big celebration was in a magazine, the 36-year-old revealed 4,000 people attended.
He commented: “4,000! I mean, it’s family, friends, everyone likes to be there.
“If you call one family member they want to bring their auntie, uncle, cousin, brother, sister.
“I probably spent about a million pounds on my wedding. Can you believe that?”
Stunned at the high price, Fatima Whitbread shouted over from her bed the cost was a “terrible waste” of money.
Giving more details, Amir confessed even the ice cream man got an invite to come before sharing what he’d change if they were to marry now.

He added: “ If I was ever to do it again it would be me and my wife and keep it simple.”
Speaking more about his wedding privately in the Bush Telegraph, Amir made a candid confession.
The boxer commented: “I think the whole of Bolton must be there. I didn’t even get to enjoy it, to be honest with you.
“It was that busy, that many people there, it was like a massive gala, like a big event happening.”
Elsewhere in the episode, viewers saw Jordan and Janice face the dreaded eating trial, although the former supermodel wasn’t thrilled at being chosen.
As they made their way to the trial area, Ant and Dec told them both they’d be faced with a series of 10 different dishes all worth a meal for camp.
In the end, the two celebrities managed to get five stars for camp as they passed on certain meals that were presented to them.
Although it all seemed too much for Janice who threw up shortly after they had completed their task.
Walking back into camp pretending they’d earned no stars, the eight other celebrities were thrilled with what they’d managed to achieve.
