THE actress who played Will McKenzie's "fit mum" in The Inbetweeners has revealed she still gets filthy messages from fans.
Despite the hugely popular show first airing 14 years ago – running on Channel 4 from 2008 until 2010 – and the second movie coming out in 2014, it seems fans still have a soft spot for Polly.
But actress Belinda Stewart-Wilson confessed she doesn't mind the attention.
She said: "I've had some odd messages and suggestions over the years some of which are so graphic I can't repeat them.
"But you have to take it with a pinch of salt – it's still nice to be loved."
Belinda, 51, added to the Daily Star: "I still get shouted at in the street and it's great just being Will's mum, forever in the hearts of the nation."

But one downside to being the most popular mum at Rudge Park comprehensive is that Belinda's real-life son Jackson, 16, gets a grilling just like Will did.
She added: "He swears he'll never watch it.
"I think he's chosen to avoid it because maybe he's heard comments about me."
Earlier this year Simon Bird, who played Belinda's on-screen son, teased that the gang could get back together for a Netflix reboot.
