Off-screen, former Emmerdale actor Anthony Quinlan has been focusing on his fitness goals and his romance with another soap star.
The 38-year-old stepped away from the small screen in November, 2019, when he first quit the Yorkshire-based soap.
As mentioned above, his exit was aired a few months later, prompting him to switch from filming to becoming an online weight-loss coach.
Anthony looks worlds away from his role and his Instagram is a testament to his jaw-dropping transformation.
The former actor has packed his feed with gym selfies and videos in which he promotes his business, guaranteeing his clients they'll lose weight, tone up or get leaner.

However, Anthony also flaunts a ripped physique, including muscular arms and an impressive six-pack.
But while he left soap land and TV altogether, Anthony hasn't completely cut ties with the spotlight.
Anthony can be seen in the company of Hollyoaks star and Maxine Minniver actress Nikki Sanderson on many of his Instagram posts.
Nikki is often involved in her partner's fitness challenges and appears regularly in snaps of his day-to-day.

While she's been on the set of the Channel 4 soap since 2012, Anthony was a series regular in Hollyoaks from 2005 to 2011, where he portrayed Gilly Roach.
His TV credits also include a 2013 appearance in medical drama Doctors as Carl Scagell.
The couple slowly became an item after Anthony slid into Nikki's DM's on social media and they shared a trip to Cannes.

Speaking to The Sun about his relationship with Nikki, Anthony recalled: "I slid into the DMs and that was it. I was lucky enough to get a date and the rest is history."
He then added: "All I can say is I'm really, really happy and she's a very special girl. She's lovely."
Before getting close to Nikki, Anthony struck up a romance with Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell.
