Kanye West ‘is 100 percent running for president in 2024’ and thinks wife Bianca Censori ‘will be perfect first lady’ | The Sun

KANYE West is still '100 percent still planning to run for President in 2024' and he thinks 'wife' Bianca Censori would be the perfect first lady, a source has told The U.S. Sun.

The 46-year-old star has been vacationing for weeks with his other half in the likes of Japan and Italy, but he's set to get back on the campaign trail soon.

The U.S. Sun revealed Bianca, 28, was recently made special power of attorney to handle some of his financial affairs and offloaded his house opposite ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

Kanye is set to revamp his Yeezy shoe and clothing line with the help of controversial American Apparel founder, Dov Charney, but his focus in the coming weeks will allegedly be his campaign.

He took his first stab at the presidency in 2020 and spent more than $12.4million of his own money on the failed bid, according to financial reports.

The U.S. Sun can confirm he is yet to formalize his presidential bid but in 2020 he officially filed as a presidential candidate with the Federal Election Commission under 'The Birthday Party'.

At the time, he claimed he created his own political party because "when we win, it's everybody's birthday", and said he was running for president as a service to God.

RELIGIOUS MISSION

The U.S. Sun's source said: "He's 100 percent still running for president again.

"He's brought in Dov to help run Yeezy, and has given Bianca a lot of responsibility so he can focus on his 2024 presidential campaign.

"Despite not being very successful last time, he's taken a break from being so public and he's in a much better place after his divorce from Kim was finalized.

"Ye believes he's the next president because God sent him to be a vessel to bridge freedom, equality, healthy living, and economic growth to all generations.

"He believes with Christ at the center, focusing on farming, technology, and sustainable living is the only way to save mankind.

"Unlike his last campaign, this one is structured and will be well-executed in the upcoming months.

"Ye has sold more shoes than the popular vote in American elections.

"He believes he can reach the necessary voters to secure the 2024 election."

'UNORTHODOX FIRST LADY'

Although it's unclear how many pairs of Yeezy sneakers have sold over the years, Kanye once claimed he sold 40,000 in just two minutes.

Adidas also recently revealed they made $437million from the first release of Yeezy sneakers left over after cutting ties with the star following his anti-Semitic rants last year.

To compare the rapper's 60,000 votes he received in 2020, President Joe Biden amassed 81,282,916 votes in the last general election and had 51 percent of voters, while Donald Trump had 74,223,369 – which was 46.9 percent.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Kanye for comment but did not hear back.

The source went on to add: "His divorce from Kim shows that he is human and vulnerable but his success beyond anti-Semitic uproar is the perfect story of overcoming adversity.

"He feels Bianca would be the perfect First Lady; unorthodox, intelligent, and supportive of him."

ELECTION DEADLINE

Back in May, controversial British right-wing political commentator Milo Yiannopoulos announced he was the new Director of Political Operations for Kanye, according to reports.

According to an email obtained by TMZ, he fired far-right influencer Nick Fuentes, telling him: "Your services on Ye’s exploratory team are terminated … and will not be required for any possible future campaign."

Since May, Kanye has been quiet about his 2024 ambitions, but The U.S. Sun's source claims: "He and Milo are still close, and I know they have been going through logos for the campaign and mapping things out."

During his last run, Kanye reportedly received about 60,000 votes across 12 states, despite some polls indicating his support as high as 2 percent nationwide.

There is no formal, national deadline to file to run for president of the United States, according to reports.

Instead, candidates must meet a variety of state-specific filing requirements and deadlines to appear on each state's election ballot.
