Kerry Katona breaks down in tears as she’s faced with ‘traumatic’ new job | The Sun

KERRY Katona broke down in tears today as she was recorded the audiobook of her new autobiography.

The 47-year-old has opened up about her past struggles in Whole Again and admitted it was hard to relive it all again today.


As she headed to the studio, Kerry told her fans:  "On route to record my audiobook “whole again” praying for strength to get me through this!!!

"Just reading it all out loud and reliving it has already had me in tears this morning!! I know it’s in the past but the trauma attached to it is still so heavy on my heart and I’m my gut!!

"Live isn’t always rainbows and unicorns we have to deal with things we don’t like!

"But got to stare this shit in the face and be done with it!!!! If my book helps even just one person it’s all been worth it!!! Have a blessed day people"

The mum-of-five later updated her followers on how it had been and shared a video of herself struggling to fight back tears.

With her voice wavering, Kerry said: “Well this has been a real, real… I have managed to do six chapters

“It’s really tough but I am ready to go home and have a little cry.”

Kerry previously released a bestselling book in 2012, but has now fully opened up about her rollercoaster last decade in Whole Again, Love, Life and Me.

During those tumultuous years Kerry welcomed her fifth child, suffered a debilitating injury, had a cancer scare, several tragic losses and a career slump she thought she’d never recover from.
