KHLOE Kardashian has sparked concern after fans noticed her "head looked bigger than her body" in new photos.

The reality TV star's drastic weight loss came after her break-up with Tristan Thompson.

Khloe's friend Malika continued to post pictures from the Hulu star's birthday bash last weekend.

The actress posted three pictures of her, Khloe, and her sister, Khadijah Haqq McCray.

She simply captioned the post, "III."

Khloe wore a tight, pink spandex dress, which resembled Barbie and the sisters wore short black dresses.

The first two photos have the trio smiling at the camera and posing.

The third and final photo only features Khloe and Malika and neither of them is looking at the camera.

The candid shot has Malika looking at Khloe and the birthday girl appears to be looking to the right at something.

Fans noticed in the last picture that Khloe's head appears bigger than her body.

'I'M WORRIED!'

Fans were quick to comment on the photos and talk about how "skinny" Khloe looks.

"That's worrying how skinny Khloe is," wrote one follower.

"Her head is too big for her body," another chimed in.

Another fan agreed, saying, "I'll say it! Her head is bigger than her body."

One follower asked if the pictures were photoshopped because "something looked off."

"Khloe doesn't even look like herself anymore. I'm worried! Is she ok?" asked a concerned fan.

WHAT THE NECK?

Her tiny frame has been the subject of public scrutiny by fans lately.

In the same photos posted earlier last week, Khloe sparked even more concern when her thighs looked smaller than her neck.

Fans rushed to Instagram and Reddit to comment on the 38-year-old's thin frame.

"When your NECK is WIDER than your THIGH," someone on Reddit captioned the post.

"That is not the thigh of someone who works out so hard at the gym squatting," another fan added.

One Reddit user told her to simply, "please get help!"

Fans on Instagram had the same sentiments.

"Khloe looks way too thin now," one fan wrote with a shocked face emoji.

"Please tell Khloe to add some flesh," another chimed in.

One Instagram user was worried for her and wrote, "She looks unhealthy."

"I’m sorry Khole is too skinny. I feel bad for her trying to fit the narrative of her sister we loved you the way you were," said another.

REVENGE BODY

Khloe has been working out and following a strict diet ever since her breakup with NBA star, Tristan, among his cheating scandal.

In 2017, Khloe officially announced she was pregnant with Tristan's baby, but the athlete apparently didn't take to domesticated life.

During her pregnancy, news broke that Tristan had cheated with multiple women after photos surfaced of him kissing a random woman at a New York City club.

As the rumors and stories continued, Khloe gave birth to their daughter, True on April 12.

The new mom decided to remain in a relationship with her baby daddy but later broke it off with him.

The 31-year-old athlete confirmed he welcomed a child with Maralee Nichols in January of this year.

She opened up about her routine in her recent Hot Ones interview saying, "I have been working out on more chiseling my body. I like muscles. It is really empowering."

Khloe posts daily videos and photos of her working out at the gym before the sun is up.

After the results came back that Tristan was the father of Maralee's baby, he apologized.

"I have the utmost respect and love for you, regardless of what you may think. Again I am so incredibly sorry," he said in an Instagram story.
