Laurel Thomas kidnapped and held captive by deranged villain in Emmerdale | The Sun

MARSHALL Hamston left the Dales for a fresh start with his aunt after some troubled beginnings.

But back in Emmerdale, Laurel Thomas is left to pay the consequences of his exit as she's kidnapped and held captive.

The beloved character played by Charlotte Bellamy stood between Marshall and his abusive, homophobic father Colin (Mark Noble).

Upon finding out that Marshall was being brutalised by his father, Laurel decided to take the lad into her home with Jai Sharma and their children.

But in recent scenes aired on ITV, the family had to wave goodbye to Marshall as he was reunited with his aunt.

Unfortunately for Laurel, who should be celebrating her marriage with Jai, Colin isn't ready to let things go and, instead, he decides to finally get his revenge.
